Technology and Physical Education

This technology thing is becoming very interesting to me. I would never have thought that sites like myspace, facebook, and phys. ed. would be used in the same sentence. However, this is a technologically advanced society and people are using newer forms of technology (blogs, text messages, etc.) to communicate. As a phys.ed. teacher and coach it can be a good idea to use these new ideas as a way of communicating.
